We value your time, and understand that how important it is to start a new business relationship with the first right step. Therefore, we start with an introductory meeting and gain a general understanding of your business and your objectives. With the current state of economy we have introduced a no-obligation, no-charge, half day review to provide recommendations for you and your team, and the outcome of this complimentary review and assessment would be a simple statement of work outlining how we can help. Moreover we strive towards structuring a custom approach that works best for you.

Engagement Evolution

This describes our typical engagement process and how it evolves; however, because each client has a unique problem, we work closely with you to determine the right steps for your needs.

Step ONE – Initiation
Initial meeting with one of our consultants, and in this meeting you describe your needs, requirements and business issues requiring a solution.
Mode of delivery: Face to face meeting, or phone conversation.

Step TWO – Analysis
Depending on the complexity of the solution required we will provide you with a summarized overview of products, services and solutions that will address your needs. If your requirements are significantly complex, a detailed face to face meeting will be scheduled and typically we expect all appropriate stakeholders from your organization be present for this meeting.
Mode of delivery: Face to face meeting, submission of professional services implementation proposal for the solution as it relates to your needs.

Step THREE - Scoping
During Scoping, we do project scoping of professional services required to fully meet your requirements including system customization and integration with your existing systems. During this step, we begin work together to conduct a formal project scoping engagement that will include Requirements Gathering; Analysis and Solution Definition; Final Report and Proposal for Implementation; and Implementation of Solution. Then DexPro will prepare and submit a formal proposal based on the above steps to you. You, as a client, then review and sign off on the proposed implementation, and provide a work-order to DexPro.

Step FOUR – Implementation
Starting with kick-off meeting, we will provide you with high-level outline on implementation solution agreed on, the expected timeline – with actions, introduction to the consulting & solutions team, walk through of the budget, and the quantifiable value we bring to your business. From the first day of our engagement, we will ensure that the project is tracking according to plan, with milestones and checkpoints along the way. When our engagement comes to a close, we will provide you with the final deliverable and any additional findings and recommendations. We also will work with you to transfer knowledge to your in-house team to institutionalize the value created by the project. In cases where maintenance and support is required, our maintenance and support terms typically starts at the end of implementation.
